Terms& Conditions for Pay4U Promo Rate (“Campaign”)

  1. This Campaign is held by i-Serve Payment Gateway Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1128417-K) (“ISPG”). By joining this campaign, you agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Pay4U Terms and Conditions.
  1. ISPG reserves the right to amend, delete, or vary these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion by giving seven (7) days prior notice of such amendment, deletion or variation and the User shall be bound to such changes. Such notice shall be posted on Pay4U Website (www.pay4u.com.my) and the Pay4U app.
  1. This Campaign shall commence from 1 June 2021 to 31 December 2021
  1. ISPG’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign (including the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions) shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decisions will not be entertained.

 

Campaign Eligibility

  1. This Campaign is open to all existing Pay4U users and new Pay4U users (“Eligible Participant”).

 

Campaign Offering Promo Rate

  1. Eligible users will be entitled to a Promo Rate of 1.75% for all payment categories. 
  1. The Promo Rate of 1.75% is the total of 1.5% service charge & 0.25% processing fee.
  1. The Processing fee will be charged at either 0.25% or RM15 (For App)/RM5(For Web) whichever is higher.

 

Promo Rate:

  1. New Users:
  1. The (App User) must complete the following steps to be eligible for the 1.75% Promo Rate:
    1. Step 1: Download the Pay4U Mobile App and sign up as a Pay4U user;
    2. Step 2: Complete at least one successful transaction in any category via the Pay4U Mobile App till 31st December2021.
  1. The (Web User) must complete the following steps to be eligible for the 1.75% Promo Rate:
    1. Step 1: Web users (B2B) must verify App user account (B2C)
    2. Step 2: Sign up into the Pay4U Business Web and login as a Pay4U Business user;
    3. Step 3: Complete at least one successful transaction in any category via the Pay4U Business Web within the campaign period.
  1. Existing Users:
  1. The (App User) must complete the following steps to be eligible for the 1.75% Promo Rate:
    1. Step 1: Open the Pay4U Mobile App and login as a Pay4U user;
    2. Step 2: Complete at least one successful transaction in any category via the Pay4U Mobile App till 31st December 2021.
  1. The (Web User) must complete the following steps to be eligible for the 1.75% Promo Rate:
    1. Step 1: Web users (B2B) must verify App user account (B2C)
    2. Step 2: Open the Pay4U Business Web and login as a Pay4U Business user;
    3. Step 3: Complete at least one successful transaction in any category via the Pay4U Business Web within the campaign period.

  1. Both App & Web Users will receive an auto deduction of 1.75% on the same transaction he/she performed in Step 2.
