Terms & Conditions for Pay4U and Mydin Collaboration (“Campaign”)

1. This Campaign is held by i-Serve Payment Gateway Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1128417-K) (“ISPG”). The following terms and conditions apply to the User’s use of our Services. By joining this campaign, you agree that you have read, understood, accepted to the terms and conditions herein contained, as well as Pay4U Terms and Conditions. Your use of the Services shall be deemed irrevocable acceptance of these terms and any such revisions.
2. ISPG reserves the right to amend, delete, revise or vary these Terms and Conditions at its sole and absolute discretion by giving seven (7) days prior written notice of such amendment, deletion, revision or variation and the Pay4U Users shall be bound to such changes. Such notice shall be posted, from time to time, on Pay4U Website (www.pay4u.com.my) and the Pay4U app. Your continued use of the Service shall be deemed irrevocable acceptance of any of such revised terms.
3. This Campaign shall commence from 15 Nov 2021 to 15 May 2022.
4. ISPG’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign (including the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions) shall be final and binding. No further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decisions shall be entertained.

Campaign Eligibility

5. This Campaign is open to new Pay4U users registering a B2C/Personal Account with the referral code MYD786 only (“Eligible User”).
6. The Eligible User need to perform a minimum transaction amount of RM100 on any payment category under B2C in order to receive the Meriah points.
7. The Eligible User must have a valid Mydin Meriah Account verified as “Active” by Mydin at the time of transaction.

Campaign Offering Mydin Meriah Points

8. Eligible Users will be entitled to 1 Meriah Points for every RM20.00 transaction using Pay4U during the campaign period.
9. Meriah Points will be credited to User’s Meriah Account monthly by the 10th day of the immediate consecutive month.

Journey:

10. Steps and Journey for Eligible Participants:
    1. The (App User) must complete the following steps to be eligible for the Pay4U and Mydin Collaboration Campaign:
       1. Step 1: Download the Pay4U Mobile App and sign up as a Pay4U user;
       2. Step 2: Insert referral code MYD786 prior to confirming personal details.
       3. Step 3: Complete at least one successful transaction with a minimal spend of RM100.00 in any category via the Pay4U Mobile App.
    2. The (Web User) must complete the following steps to be eligible for the 1.75% Promo Rate:
       1. Step 1: Web users (B2B) must verify App user account (B2C)
       2. Step 2: Sign up into the Pay4U Business Web and login as a Pay4U Business user
       3. Step 3: Complete at least one successful transaction in any category via the Pay4U Business Web within the campaign period.

All information provided shall be on an “as-in” basis with without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. ISPG shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages including without limitation, loss of profits or revenues, costs of replacement goods, loss or damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product of this Campaign.
