Terms & Conditions for Pay4U Referral Program (“Campaign”)

  1. This Campaign is held by i-Serve Payment Gateway Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1128417-K) (“ISPG”). By joining this campaign, you agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Pay4U Terms and Conditions.
  2. ISPG reserves the right to amend, delete, or vary these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion by giving seven (7) days prior notice of such amendment, deletion or variation and the User shall be bound to such changes. Such notice shall be posted on Pay4U Website (www.pay4u.com.my) and the Pay4U app.
  3. This Campaign shall commence from 12 May 2021 to 30 September 2021.
  4. ISPG’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign (including the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions) shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decisions will not be entertained.

Campaign Eligibility

  1. This Campaign is open to all existing Pay4U users (“Eligible Participant”) and new Pay4U users who meet the Campaign requirements (“Referee”).
  2. Every Eligible Participant will be assigned a unique code (“Referral Code”). Eligible Participants with the unique code are known as “Referrer”.
  3. The Referrer can share the Referral Code to an unlimited number of Referees.

Campaign Offering

  1. Both Referrer and Referee will be entitled to one (1) entry submission for a chance to win RM10 Rebate and/or Grand Prize depending on the minimum payment amount (RM500 or RM2000) and upon complete and successful referral during the Campaign Period.

RM10 Rebate:

  1. The Referee (App User) must complete the following steps for both Referrer and Referee to be eligible to receive the RM 10 Rebate:

    2. Step 1 : Download the Pay4U Mobile App and sign up as a Pay4U user;

    Step 2 : Key in the Referrer’s Referral Code during registration;

    Step 3 :

    1. Complete at least one successful transaction of a minimum of RM500 in any category via the Pay4U Mobile App within 12th May - 18th May 2021.
    2. From 19th May 2021 - 30th September 2021, the Referrer must complete at least one successful transaction of a minimum of RM 300 in any category via the Pay4U Mobile App whereas Referee remains the same minimum transaction at RM500.

  2. The Referee (Web User) must complete the following steps for both Referrer and Referee to be eligible to receive the RM 10 Rebate:

    3. Step 1 : Log in to the Pay4U Business Web and sign up as a Pay4U Business user;

    Step 2 : Key in the Referrer’s Referral Code during registration;

    Step 3 :

    1. Complete at least one successful transaction of a minimum of RM500 in any category via the Pay4U Business Web within the campaign period.
    2. From 19th May 2021 - 30th September 2021, the Referrer must complete at least one successful transaction of a minimum of RM 300 in any category via the Pay4U Business Web whereas Referee remains the same minimum transaction at RM500.

  3. The Referee will receive a Rebate of RM10 on the same transaction he/she performed in Step 3, while the Referrer will receive a RM10 Rebate in the form of an auto deduction on his/her next payment transaction with min spend RM500/RM300 in a single transaction. This applies for transactions on both Pay4U Mobile App and Business Web.
  4. RM10 Rebate is limited to the first 100 eligible Transactions throughout the Campaign period. Each eligible Referee and Referrer may only receive a maximum of one (1) RM10 Rebate under this Campaign.
  5. The RM10 Rebate for both Referrer and Referee must be utilised within 30 days starting from the Referee’s sign-up date.

Grand Prize Winners:

  1. The Referee (App User) must complete the following steps for both Referrer and Referee to be eligible to be entitled to one (1) entry for the Grand Prize:

    2. Step 1 : Download the Pay4U Mobile App and sign up as a Pay4U user;

    Step 2 : Key in the Referrer’s Referral Code during registration;

    Step 3 : Complete at least one successful transaction of a minimum of RM2000 in any category via the Pay4U mobile app.

  2. The Referee (Web User) must complete the following steps (“New Users”) for both Referrer and Referee to be be entitled to receive one (1) entry for the Grand Prize:

    3. Step 1 : Logon at the Pay4U Business Web and sign up as a Pay4U Business user;

    Step 2 : Key in the Referrer’s Referral Code; or by using the referral link during registration.

    Step 3 : Complete at least one successful transaction of a minimum of RM2000 in any category via the Pay4U Business Web.

  3. In the event that the Referee has signed up and input the Referral code earlier within the campaign period, they will still be entitled to receive one (1) entry for the Grand Prize as long as the Referee makes a single transaction of a minimum of RM2000 within the campaign period.
  4. Referees & Referrers who are entitled to receive one (1) entry for the Grand Prize will stand a chance to participate in the RM100 Petronas Voucher random selection contest.
  5. The Grand Prize (Petronas Vouchers) is limited to 5 Referrers & 5 Referees (“the Winners”) with transactions that meet the criteria set among participants. Each Winner may only receive one (1)Grand Prize (Petronas Vouchers) over the campaign period.
  6. Winners are selected with a random selector. All Referrers and Referees will be randomized and 5 winners each will be chosen. The winners are randomly selected, so the pair of Referee & Referrer may not win together.
  7. The Potential Winners are required to answer certain questions correctly to be confirmed as winners (“Winners”). ISPG shall not be responsible or liable if the Potential Winner cannot be contacted for any reason whatsoever following efforts by ISPG to contact the Potential Winner via phone. If ISPG is unable to reach the Potential Winner, ISPG reserves the right to disqualify the Potential Winner and proceed to choose another eligible User as Potential Winner.
  8. The winners will be notified by ISPG via Pay4U’s official website and/or Pay4U’s Facebook and Instagram page within one (1) month after the campaign ends.
  9. The Prizes will be delivered/collected by the Winner within thirty (30) working days upon the Winner’s announcement is made or such other period as may be determined solely by ISPG.
  10. The Prizes may only be delivered/collected to/by the Winner at the Winner’s own risk upon verification of:
    1. Full name as per NRIC
    2. NRIC
  11. All costs, fees and/or expenses incurred or to be incurred by the Winners in relation to the Campaign and/or to claim the Prize(s) which shall include but not limited to the costs for transportation, postage/courier, personal costs and/or any other costs are the sole responsibility of the Winners.
  12. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other goods, whether in part or in full.
  13. ISPG reserves the right at their absolute discretion to substitute any of the Prizes with a prize of equal value, at any time, without prior notice consent. All Prizes will be awarded in its current state and cannot be exchanged.
  14. All Prizes are awarded ‘as is’ and ISPG gives no guarantee and makes no representation whatsoever regarding any of the Prizes (including but not limited to any guarantee or representation relating to the nature, and/ or quality of any of the Prize) and the Winners of each Prize shall consume that Prize at its own risks.
  15. The Prizes for both Referrer and Referee has no expiry date.
