Let Christmas Come Early at Pay4U!

Terms & Conditions for Pay4U 10-Days of Early Christmas (“Campaign”)
  1. This Campaign is held by i-Serve Payment Gateway Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1128417-K) (“ISPG”). The following terms and conditions apply to the User’s use of our Services. By joining this campaign, you agree that you have read, understood, accepted to the terms and conditions herein contained, as well as Pay4U Terms and Conditions. Your use of the Services shall be deemed to have read and irrevocably and unconditionally agreed to and accepted these terms and any such revisions.
  2. ISPG reserves the right to amend, delete, revise or vary these Terms and Conditions at its sole and absolute discretion by giving seven (7) days prior written notice of such amendment, deletion, revision or variation and the Pay4U Users shall be bound to such changes. Such notice shall be posted, from time to time, on Pay4U Website (www.pay4u.com.my) and the Pay4U app. Your continued use of the Service shall be deemed to have irrevocably accepted any of such revised terms.
  3. This Campaign shall commence from 9 Dec 2021 to 19 Dec 2021.
  4. ISPG’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign (including the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions) shall be final, conclusive and binding. No disputes, appeals, inquiries and/or correspondence in relation to any of such decisions shall be entertained.
Campaign Eligibility
  1. This Campaign is open to all Pay4U users who have spent perform a minimum transaction amount of RM3,000 on any payment category to participate in this Campaign (“Eligible Users”).
Campaign Offering 100 units of Baskin Robbins Hand-packed Pint Ice Cream Vouchers
  1. Eligible Users will be entitled to ONE (1) Baskin Robbins Hand-packed Pint Ice Cream Voucher (“Reward”) for every RM3,000 transaction in a single checkout using Pay4U during the campaign period And are limited to receive a maximum of THREE (3) vouchers per user.
  2. The Reward is awarded on a first-come-first-served basis and only limited to 100 units of the vouchers.
  3. Voucher will be emailed directly to the Eligible Users’ registered email address within TWO (2) business days after the end of the Campaign Period.
Journey:
  1. Steps to be taken to become Eligible Users:
    1. The (App User) must complete the following steps to be eligible for this Campaign:
      1. Step 1: Download the Pay4U Mobile App and sign up as a Pay4U user;
      2. Step 2: Complete at least one successful transaction with a minimal spend of RM3,000 in any category via the Pay4U Mobile App by 19th December2021.
    2. The (Web User) must complete the following steps to be eligible for this Campaign:
      1. Step 1: Web users (B2B) must verify App user account (B2C)
      2. Step 2: Sign up into the Pay4U Business Web and login as a Pay4U Business user;
      3. Step 3: Complete at least one successful transaction with a minimal spend of RM3,000 in any category via the Pay4U Business Web within the campaign period.

All information provided shall be on an “as-in” basis with without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. ISPG shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages including without limitation, loss of profits or revenues, costs of replacement goods, loss or damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product of this Campaign.
