Terms& Conditions for Pay4U 1.75% Promotion Rate (“Campaign”)
- This Campaign is held by i-Serve Payment Gateway Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1128417-K) (“ISPG”). The following terms and conditions apply to the User’s use of our Services. By joining this campaign, you agree that you have read, understood, accepted to the terms and conditions herein contained, as well as Pay4U Terms and Conditions. Your use of the Services shall be deemed to have read and irrevocably and unconditionally agreed to and accepted these terms and any such revisions.
- ISPG reserves the right to amend, delete, revise or vary these Terms and Conditions at its sole and absolute discretion by giving seven (7) days prior written notice of such amendment, deletion, revision or variation and the Pay4U Users shall be bound to such changes. Such notice shall be posted, from time to time, on Pay4U Website (www.pay4u.com.my) and the Pay4U app. Your continued use of the Service shall be deemed to have irrevocably accepted any of such revised terms.
- This Campaign shall commence from 1 Jul 2022 to 30 Sep 2022.
- ISPG’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign (including the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions) shall be final, conclusive and binding. No disputes, appeals, inquiries and/or correspondence in relation to any of such decisions shall be entertained.
Campaign Eligibility
- This Campaign is open to all Pay4U users who made transactions under the B2C and B2B Category, with exception to payments under Koperasi. (“Eligible Users”).
- No minimum or maximum amount of value per transaction is required.
- Eligible Users will be entitled to the promotion rates of the Service Charges at 1.5% and the Processing Fee at 0.25% respectively.
- Minimum Processing Fee of RM5.00 or 0.25%, whichever lower, will be implemented together at the start of this campaign on 1 July 2022.
All information provided shall be on an “as-in” basis with without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. ISPG shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages including without limitation, loss of profits or revenues, costs of replacement goods, loss or damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product of this Campaign.
